Bumping 2008

Wow wow wow... this few days i had blog hopping a lot. Nine out of ten blog is summarizing their 2008. 8 Important Things In 2008, Year 2008 Review, Bye bye 2008, Best & Worst 2008, Reflection on 2008.

This force me refresh back what happened to me year 2008. I start from Jan, Feb, March and so on. In summary, I'm SAD in 2008. Its a rocky way for me. Bumping up and down until my buttock flat! The worst and saddest thing was my internship. I never expect to get such unexplainable lousy internship.

3 more hours to end sad 2008. come on come on, 2009 come faster!!! I'm awaiting. My wish on 2009? Thinking it about tonight and post it tomorrow to brighten up my first day of 2009!

Prinsip Pemasaran or Asas Insuran

New file opened for today, new semester. This is my final semester . Having a different thought. In the past, I would be very energetic for every new sem start and feel very enjoy and glad to meet healthy coursemates again. Today, i just felt numb for meeting peoples. Seems like i had boring with current lifestyle. Depression again? Oh no...

Just as the picture showed, i had wrote nothing for today classes. My notebooks still clean and neat.

Btw, i am pondering in making decision about taking subject in my final sem. I had registered for Prinsip Pemasaran and Asas Insuran. I had to choose either one of it because i don't want to burden my final sem with lots of assignment works.

Between these two, i prefer Asas Insuran. I think it is more useful to me in my later days. You know lar, most of us are kiasi and kiasu. So we will buy insurans to give protection to ourself and family. I figure that, most people buy although they really don't have excessive cash for it or maybe insuran is for average income people to buy a protection in later days? As rich, they don't need it, they just can settle everything by their pockets. Am i right?

I heard some people said, buying insurans is an investment. About this statement i have really no idea about it. So maybe i really need to take this course because i had so many questions for it.

Mobilephone Degradation

Back to year 2001, it was my first time owning a mobile phone. i spent all my part-timer jobs salary for it. Nokia 3315, my very first mobile phone. Still remember it cost me around RM400 that time. All my hard earned $ gone. Its an awesome phone, can be 'shock-proof' and 'water-proof' although not featured out!


After 3 years of using, i fall in love with Sony Ericsson K750i. I bought it when just released. No regret for buying it. Nice camera, nice speaker and easy using it but feel sad for its joystick. It last for two years when its screen broke down. SE taking customer advices and that's why there will no more joystick phone released by SE anymore.


Here comes my K550i. Same features with K750i but all performance were downgraded. Its camera and speaker were lousy. A bit regret for buying it cause just an ordinary phone. Lasted for one years and then got stolen while in KTM few weeks ago. Shit!


Curently, using Nokia 2600 classic. Not bad if you just want a normal phone with colors and 0.3 mp phone. I satisfied with its overall performance which compensate with the price. Its buttons are linked just side by side and always cause typing problem to me. Is that my thumbs too big? Motorola W220i is my secondary used phone which purposely just for calling my gf and family members. We subscribed to Celcom 5+1 plan which give us unlimited calls to each others. Well, i like its design especially its keypad. This phone got no mp3, no camera and no bluetooth as well. Lucky can call. Phew.....

Oh well, can you how pity i am from SEK750i to SEK550i and now to Nokia 2600 classic. Sometimes mobile phones can represent how wealth someone is. So can you predict my current financial already?

End of 2008

Just send my gf to airport this morning by public transport. Its always so tired to take pubic transport. However, today count to be lucky as we depart early so don't have to squeeze to become sardin sandwich.

When saw her entering boarding room, still feel sour in my heart. Still feel want to give her last hug. Although we had this scene countless times already but we still cannot go along with it. Still feel sad, sour and loving so much. Proved again she is just so important to me.

Everything back to normal, sitting alone in front of my laptop and click-click-click. Well, to avoid i get any impact or decease or death because of too much "click-click-click", i had grab some books to read. Not bad book to read 'Guide To Investing' by Robert T.Kiyosaki.


Its just a short update and i will blog more frequent from now on. I realized that i had neglected my blog so much. I had less than 10 post this months. Grateful for those who following my blog and Thanks for those who just reading my blog. :)

Lab Work

Had been lost for sometimes since back from Melaka. Long story make it short, i had been to Genting and Pc Fair last weekends. Getting cough after back from Genting and bought a card reader from Pc Fair. Not that cheap actually for the Pc Fair price.

That's what happening for the last week, and this week, i had been busy doing my lab work. Finally i had start my lab work after procrastinating for so long time becuase of the damn lazy lab assistant. From Monday, i start extract the oil from the seed. I'm pity and sad cause only mild oil are extracted. Its totally not enough for doing much analysis. Hope can get some more seeds.

This is the apparatus used to extract oil from the wanted sample. Only two available in my lab. It was a long queue to use it. Luckily i managed to use it first. huhu...

Food To Eat In Melaka

Visiting historical sites ONLY in Melaka of cause is an incomplete trip. How about chicken rice balls? satay celup? durian cendol and also local baba & nyonya food? Honestly, 2 thumbs up for the food in Melaka. Photos speak more than words right?

It is one of the famous in chinatown. According to local residents, there are 3 chicken rice balls shops in chinatown area, which is Chung Wah, Hoe Kee and Farmosa. However, my guest house owner recommended for Hoe Kee and Chung Wah. I choose Hoe Kee as i saw it first before Chung Wah.

Satay Celup at Restoran Capitol

Located at Lrg Bukit Cina. Its nearby the Dutch Square also, around 10 minutes walk from there. Capitol satay start operating from 5.15p.m. If you really want to have it, you need to be there before 6p.m, or else you had to queue up like the photos below. Luckily i took advice from the guest house owner. huhu... Btw, i suggest you take more seafood rather than fish ball or taufu.

Jonker Desserts is the stall strongly recommended by the guest house owner. That is the place where you can have your baba noodles and delicious cendol. I just can't forget my Baba Rendang Noodles and Prawn and the Durian Cendol.

My review: Chicken rice balls and satay celup is quite unique and not bad for eat. i would rate 8/10. As for Baba food and cendol at Jonker Dessert, i would rate 9.5/10. I bring nothing back from Melaka except regret-ness of not having another meal at Jonker Desserts. Its just so nice. Definitely would like to go for another time. I believe that there are still more food to eat in Melaka.

Malacca Trip With Girlfriend

Arrived home 3.04p.m yesterday afternoon by taxi from ktm station ukm. Have been to Malacca on Friday. Staying a night at Fringos Foyer Guest House. So its a 2 days 1 night trip. Usually people went to Malacca for one day trip only. Due to no private transport, i have to go by public transport. As you know our Malaysia public transport is kanasai!

Going to Malacca cannot miss its historical building and took some memorable photos. There were so many tourists hanging at the Dutch Square although under the burning hot sun. Whats the feeling of visiting such historical sites? I can't feel anything because i isn't that decade of peoples and not really that interested in history. Just saw many peoples went there took photos with red building and bla bla bla. So, i also went there and took some photos and bla ba bla.

Not much places i had went, especially temple. If you love shopping, you can go to Mahkota Parade which is just nearby the Farmosa Fortress. Most of the time spending on having Melaka local dishes. I will post it up next time for the food i had eaten. Really really nice. Hope to have them again.

Useful Firefox Add-Ons

Formatting my laptop last week. Formatting is easy for me, installing back driver and software is a troublesome. Until now i still don't have my office 2007. Btw, seems like my recent blog always blog something a few days or weeks ago.

After installing the basic driver, the first thing i did was install Firefox add-ons. This is the reason i prefer Firefox than IE besides more secure. Seriously i can't do surfing comfortably without this add-ons which ease my tasks. Here is my favorite add-ons. The sequences are according to my preferabe.
